Villa Neo with 2 private pools, bbq, jacuzzi and sauna

Die Lage von dem Haus ist Top. Die Entfernung zur Innenstadt oder Ölüdeniz ist ohne lange Fahrtzeit gut zu erreichen . In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Lebensmittel zu erwerben. Der Pool ist groß und unsere drei Kinder hatten Ihren Spaß . Zum Haus kann ich nichts negatives sagen . Es ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlte nichts . Dilek Hanim ist sehr kommunikativ und hat zwischendurch gefragt , ob alles ok ist und ob wir etwas benötigen . Ich würde diese Villa jedem empfehlen .

We stayed at Villa Neo in Fethiye for 3 nights during our vacation, and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! The villa was new, super clean, and in a great location. It’s perfect for a family of 5–6 people, with a really nice outdoor pool (very clean and a great size), plus an indoor pool and sauna. We enjoyed it so much, we ended up extending our stay another 2 nights! The hosts were amazing—really helpful and kind. There was a small accident where one of the chairs got damaged, but they were very understanding and made sure we were okay. They didn’t even charge us for it, which we really appreciated. Everything was spotless, and the whole experience was just smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fethiye!

Great Villa for a pleasant stay with family or small company. Pool, sauna, BBQ area - everything you need for great vacation. Spacious rooms and quiet location remote from the busy streets and night life but within 10-15m drive. If you want privacy and relax this is your place to go. Will definitely visit again

The swimming pool and swimming pool area and sauna were really nice. the facility manager was very useful although there was not much she could do

AC was not working when we arrived so it was quite a hot evening. they sent a technician to fix it, and it failed again. The facility manager was always attentive although she doesn't speak a word of English (and we don't speak Turkish). I think the owner could offer some small things as complement, after all they are competing with hotels: water, soap, shampoo etc. there was nothing of this in the house. They could offer more than one towel per person, after all one will be visiting the beach.

This is a great place to stay for a large group of people and those who want to spend a lot of time relaxing at the villa. The place is exactly as it looks in the photos with 2 pools, sauna and jacuzzi. The host is prompt and reliable to communicate with and quick to resolve any issues there is. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Great hosts - really friendly, welcoming and responsive. Location is quiet, peaceful and has small hotels nearby that welcome outside guests. Villa has everything as described and easy parking at the front.
