Amazing and cozy appartment, exceptionally clean ,All are ready in place, all new and very clean

I do not recommend because of very high humidity in this flat. Despite it is renewed, insides pretty new (furniture, equipment etc. ) we had to leave after 2 nights because we couldnt stand it, we had a feeling that fungus and mold are everywhere in the air.

Although a single volume, the apartment has two AC units, one for the sleeping area and one for the living area. If too hot (and humid), one can use the AC in the living area for indirect chilling during the night. Other than that, the apartment has about all one needs, particularly on short stays, the host is very nice, the location not far from center. Finally, the apartment is on the ground floor and has a next door very secure garage for one car.

To start with I thought it was kind of expensive. Another thing is access by car into the inner courtyard through a very narrow gangway from the main street. Turning around in the courtyard is a pain (reversing is out of the question though) and putting the car in the small garage is very difficult, especially with a large car (we had an X5).

Everything was great, the lady - owner was very nice and helpful, the apartment itself is very cosy and clean, the garage is the bonus. There is the coffee machine, tea, water, sweet pastry available. Tutto perfecto!

Apartment was a fully renovated and equipped old house.

House was in a deprived and depressed area in a deprived and depressed city. Avoid Livorno if you can.

We landed at Pisa airport at 2130 and needed a place to stay before catching the Livorno ferry to Corsica early the following morning. This place was perfect, especially as it included parking

I booked this for my elderly mother, who was getting the ferry from Sardinia on her own, and given our outward journey was very delayed, I had written to the host, Tanya, saying that my mother might arrive late that evening and was reassured that there would be no problem at all with her getting access to the flat - whatever time she arrived. My mum texted Tanya when she got a taxi from the Port, and was met at the flat. Tanya then showed her somewhere she could eat that evening and offered to come back the next morning to drive her to the station to get her early train to Florence. Exceptional kindness. You couldn't ask for more.
