One staff member at the office was not friendly. She refused to be accommodating.when I enquired about an extra parking space. She was also sounding very bullyish. Penny was great to deal with. So was the receptionist where I picked the room keys. But her colleague, needs some customer service training. Unfortunately that bad experience with that staff member left a bad taste. I will return though.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The ocean view is absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful stay and definitely will return.

There was some confusion about the pickup point of the keys. But luckily the correct location was not off route. So no harm done.
