Firstly - communication was shocking - they sent me multiple versions of the same message - asked for ID when booking.com advises not to share - when I arrived at the property the first number o rang a lady hung up on me - the second told me I was at the wrong property and I was left standing outside at 9pm at night with no communication. Finally I got let in - had no idea where to go - property just looked like someone’s house (personal stuff all over) including in my room. When I got in I noticed straight away there was NO LOCK ON MY DOOR. When I messaged them I was just told “no one will enter your room”. I had no choice but to stay as by this time is was late and I had no where else to go. I placed the clothes rail up against the door. And sure enough late at night when a loud group entered the property and woke me up A MAN OPENED MY DOOR! I sat up, yelled at him and he backed out. It may have been a mistake but in 2026 that is not acceptable at all. I didn’t sleep a wink after that and left at 4am to sit in the airport instead as I felt so uneasy. Terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

It's a very beautiful home, located close to the superstore and Luton airport. The staff was super helpful the day of checkout, and very warm! The kitchen is well kept and is very comfortable to use.

There was no lock on the bedroom door and they charge a fee to keep your suitcase post checkout. This makes things difficult for people on evening flights.
