Da localização, perto do centro mas em local sossegado. Espaco privativo apesar de ser por baixo da propriedade principal. Ideal para um fim De semana quando se quer conhecer à volta

Das regras da casa. Lavar a louça, levar o lixo. Não tenho por hábito deixar os espaços imundos mas ter isso nas regras não me faz sentido
