Lavish & Spacious APT with Stunning Seaview, 10 Min ATH Airport

The host was wonderful in communicating and all was handled well. The host accommodated our early arrival as well which was nice as we were flying from the US on an overnight flight so we were pretty tired and jetlagged. I appreciated the responsiveness and consistent checking on how things were going as well as great details on how to find the place and where things are in the area. The beach is very close and coffee shops and restaurants are super close as well, just a few steps away. Beautiful view from the balcony!

Unfortunately, the elevator did not work but it was no problem for us as we had no problem walking up the stairs, even with luggage. Overall the building is not new and it may need some upgrade but we had everything we needed.

The apartment is comfortable, centrally located with beaches, restaurants, bars, literally on the doorstep, and those shops we needed (mini market etc) were no more than 5 minutes walk away. A/C and wall mounted fans in each room, which was great, given that temperatures were beyond the seasonal norm, at around 35c and still 30c at night. Elena, the hostess (I think!) was lovely, friendly, helpful with lots of local information. She lives in Germany so communication was by WhatsApp after initial booking. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Beyond the control of hostess, the lift was out of order which, with the apartment being on 2nd floor (but three flights of stairs), was tiring on the knees! The bathroom for the second bedroom does need to be refurbished in line with the rest of the apartment. These issues didn't detract from our enjoyment.

Great family apartment in the centre of Artemida. We were a family of 5 (children aged 15, 12 and 10) and had plenty of space. We loved the whole wall of window out onto the balcony that made the whole apartment feel bright and spacious and had views over the harbour front. The thick curtains ensured that the light did not come in until we wanted it too! Comfy beds and we all slept well. The two bathrooms were great with showers in each and plenty of hot water. The kitchen (with lots of spices and condiments) worked well, as did the washing machine. Whilst the apartment is on the 3rd floor, there is a small lift right outside the apartment if the stairs are too much. The beach is a 5 min walk and right below and around the apartment are lots of shops and places to eat. AmericAnna's Cafe was a favourite! Elena was a fantastic host who sent us lots of great local info and made sure any queatiosn we had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay again!

The only down side (at least for the children) was that the TV only showed Greek TV channels. However, we just turned the TV off and played some of the very many games that the family have left.

The location is perfect. A very nice view on the harbour of Artimida and arou d the corner of all nice beaches and taverne’s. The terrace has sun from mirning till evening.

Great location next to the port, right in the centre of Artemida.. Restaurants, bars, mini-markets all nearby. In late February it was quiet and peaceful, a little noise on Saturday night, but not disturbing. Communications with Elena were excellent, and Rita, who showed us in and out, was lovely. Recommend To Merika restaurant downstairs in the same building.

Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the sea. The apartment is spacious and well equipped and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It is in walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. Even in the end of October we could swim in the ocean, eat outside and enjoy the sun. It is possible to walk quite far along the beach. If you don’t have a car it is easy to go to Athens by bus and metro, and it is close to the airport.

Elena was so kind and helpful beyond what we could ask. The apartment is very spacious with a wonderful sea view and in a great location near restaurants, stores etc. Just perfect.

Great location and view indeed was beautiful. 2 bathrooms , which is a rarity in Greece and was much needed. Great restaurants right downstairs. Elena as well was there to answer any questions on the quick. I never waited more than 20 seconds for her to reply to my inquiries.
