The suite is spacious and clean. The staff is very attentive to the client's needs. I called Rachel(the staff) about the shower head. Almost immediately, someone was sent over to change to a new one even after office hours.

We would appreciate a hose for the toilet bowl and mirrors in the room

The check in process was very convenient. The details given throughout the check in process also very helpful. The mall is just below so very convenient for us to go shopping. The parking also near to the lobby. So very convenient

One front bathroom shower is malfunction. The owner should repair it at least so that easier for us to shower. The floor also kinda sticky when we step on barefoot. As I have allergic rhinitis, I often sneeze due to the dusty environment. And the sofa causes me n my family to have itchiness whole body. Maybe the owner should sanitize the house.

"Kuching is a very lovely town to visit, and the house is good if no ants around."

The location is good. Very easy to catch Grab Taxi.

Many ants shown when we were there, staffs said they will clean up after we check out.
