Diston's Lane - Beautiful 2BD Home, Perfect For Family Retreat!

Very comfortable and quirky. Downstairs was a little cool in the evenings and needed to purchase another bag of logs during our stay

WiFi inconsistent which caused a glitch with T.V

Cute well equipped cottage.

Parking was difficult. Ended up leaving car in long stay car park which indicates a maximum of 12 hours. Paid the £300 security bond which has an admin fee. Takes 3 days to have it returned after you leave. Or pay a non refundable £30 fee. No indication of this prior to booking.

Well managed property. Excellent facilities

Had to use booster to get hot water in the morning so lukewarm bath first morning as we did not have time to wait for water to heat up. Pre setting should have given us hot water automatically. Black bin liners had a very strange smell… like burning plastic. Not an issue just thought you should know.

Cosy, clean and really cute cottage to stay in. Perfect location and lovely cottage

The shower as the only thing that wasn’t great. Wasn’t very powerful and it was difficult to control the temperature

This was a great location and accommodation for us to use as a base whilst visiting family in the area.

An outside light so we could read the numbers on the lockbox when arriving after dark. Also, a second set of keys would have been handy.

Lovely cozy cottage with all everything we needed and more.

Had a little trouble finding the lane to begin with but cannot fault the property.
