Location superb..cottage fully equipped and extremely clean and comfortable

The cottage is in an excellent position just off the harbour and 5 minutes walk to the Kinmell Arms pub. Wood burning stove was very easy to use. Central heating and kitchen were modern plus the addition of a downstairs toilet was convenient. Bathroom and shower was very clean and modern plus the shower was great over a bath. Double room bed was comfortable plus with an amazing view from the window as you lie in bed. Second bedroom was comfortable for my daughter and pet dog.

Parking outside the property is very tight and don’t park in the wrong spot because the neighbours will be around demanding you move it. There is an extra car park away from the property but at night it is not lit. Sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable plus although the tv is large it doesn’t have regular channels only apps. No welcome pack or anything like we are used to previously on arrival at a property. No firewood at all which when you can’t enter the property till 4pm on a winter stay there’s nowhere to buy some. There were also nail clippings left by the bedside cabinet in the rear bedroom.

Comfortable cottage with direct access to the coastal path and stunning views. Pretty much everything you need in walking distance. A most relaxing stay.

This property was amazing ....very clean comfy and warm on the chilly evenings. It has newly fitted kitchen, bathrom and decorated, comfy bed and all the amenities..., a wonderful sea view from the property and only minutes walk away from the beach . The coastal walks are breath taking. Tesco express and other shops about 10mins away in the car for daily needs at Benllech Highly recommend a visit to Anne's pantry..we also had fish and chips from the local chippy on our last night..delicious!.....lovely welcoming neighbours......just a thought a little welcome pack for when you arrive would be a nice start to your holiday... thank you 😀
