Seaside 2 Bedroom Oasis at 7 Miles Beach, Negril, Point Village

It was an all in one package….great location, friendly people, beach front on property and it was secured…. I will definitely be revisiting again.

I absolutely loved the property, the apartment was well appointed especially the kitchen. Very conveniently located and 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach

Could do with a little updating, changing out of equipment like the toaster. Popcorn ceiling peeling in some areas.

The location was great. The beach area was awesome good! The property was nice kept up well, although after they cut grass they did not remove the leftover cut grass so it covered the walkways . Most amenities provided, appreciate the washer and dryer plus supplies for washing provided. Kitchen supplies were thoughtful and everything needed to cook AC in every room that worked well Two beautiful verandas with sea view. Property was safe and secure and easy to find. Checkin process was easy. I was impressed at the beginning.

ROACHES So, we immediately seeing roaches, I alerted the owner and they came to spray right away and said because of raining it caused a few to come in. No there were so many I was so disgusted and ruin my trip. I was on the edge the whole time and worried of carrying them home. We saw a min of 10 per day, several were huge. I literally was screaming. This did not make this place a value of any kind it was way over priced based on that alone . A couple of other things I didn't care for. Not being able to pay by credit card as agreed before arriving. Ended paying with PayPal while occuring a large service fee they were unwilling to split. The front door lock, I thought it could be a hazard if a fire broke out. You need the key to open the door from the inside. The place did not have much toilet paper, I asked for some more and 1 roll was given. 2 bathrooms both bathrooms were out and still had 5 days to go. We ended up buying more. We bought other items too but I only expected that the paper should be provided. I have travelled to Jamaica more than 25 times and have never seen roaches. I have stayed all over the island all different times of the year, never ever had that problem.

The host is very lovely, warm, friendly, and hospitable. The accommodation is absolutely sublime! Sitting on a wonderful ocean view. Breathtaking!The house was amazing. Very tranquil ambience. I will be recommending this healing experience! Which brought so much peace that surpasses all understanding.

The Apartment had a lovely Stove. Large refrigerator. Very comfortable beds enough for 6 persons. The air was fresh and clean. The Apartment and bedding were perfectly clean and tidy. Loverly washer and dryer are provided inside apartment to do your laundry. The Air conditioner works perfectly. Very late checkout was allowed at no extra cost. You can just hop into the sea and sea lots of fish if you choose snorkelling. Kyaking or boating facilities are available nearby.

Loved the location! Beautiful private beach, lush gardens and well maintained lawn.

I wish I knew at the time of booking that I had to pay with cash only.
