The apartment is clean and cozy. The area is quiet and pretty, gives you an authentic feeling of Italy. The balcony was just perfect for the morning coffee, with a beautiful view. The communication with our host went well.

The location is a bit far from the city center, so we depended on the public transportation, which is not reliable at all.

房东非常细心，房间内提供了不少物品：充电器、一次性拖鞋、免费零食和饮料等其他民宿没有的东西。说明房东很细心周到。房间里有厨具，可以简单做早饭，也为我们提供了很多方便。热水很好！旁边有个大超市，步行3-5分钟，非常方便。

可能是因为我们路不熟，第一天到达时从公交站走了很远才找到公寓。还有就是这一片在修路，出行时等公交时间较长。

La struttura è molto carina, pulita e la cucina dotata dell' essenziale. Presenti sia l'olio sia il sale. In frigo c era acqua in omaggio. L appartamento si trova inoltre a due passi dai supermercati Eurospin ed Esselunga.

We traveled a lot this year through Italy for both business and fun — always with our dog — and this was by far the most well-equipped apartment we stayed in. Everything you might need is already there, the space is extremely clean, truly pet-friendly, and you can feel the attention to detail everywhere. We also appreciated the very clear instructions for using the apartment and all the facilities — it made everything super easy. The area is cool, quiet, and pleasant, with great local vibes. We came to Bologna for the Radiohead concert and the location was perfect: close to Unipol Arena, yet very well connected by bus to the city center. Thank you very much for hosting us — we would happily return!

Good connection with the owner who helped us with all the information we needed. The apartment is clean, well equipped, near the centre of the city. There are bus stops, two big stores, restaurants, bars. We had sweets, coffee, bottle of wine and bottle of wine from the owner. We felt at home.

We liked everything. The only thing I want to mention is the size of the shower cabin - for us it wasn't a problem but for a bigger person it will be.

Spokoj, czystosc apartamentu oraz bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem. Polecam dodatkowo bardzo blisko sklep EuroSpin, parking publiczny dostępny bez problemu. Lozka bardzo wygodne.

Dobrym udogodnieniem byłaby zwykła deska do krojenia oraz szmatka do ścierania, wyposażenie apartamentu bardzo dobre!!!!

Un sitio estupendo para pasar tus días en Bolonia. Cerca del aeropuerto y bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, paradas de bus cerca. Destacar la limpieza, la tranquilidad y por supuesto la amabilidad de Daniele, siempre atento a cualquier duda.

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient, with bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, and even a children's playground all nearby. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find some thoughtful treats waiting for us—beer, chocolate, coffee, water, and more. The shutters were a great touch, helping to keep the room dark and perfect for resting. Although some people mention the location next to the hospital, we didn’t hear any noise at all. I’d happily come back anytime!

Very well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. Location in a quiet, safe area. Very good connection to the airport (bus, taxi) as well as to the center and the train station (several buses, taxi). Contact with the owner very good from the moment of booking during the stay. Accurate description and easy access to the apartment, helpful tips, map of the nearest area. Welcome package - a very nice and tasty surprise :). Equipped exactly as described - kitchenette, microwave, kitchenware. set of cosmetics and toiletries, towels. 2 grocery stores 3-5 minutes away, bus stops 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend for sure we will choose again if we are in Bologna.
