Apto con Terraza 4

It was in great location. Near beach and tourist streets, with a lot of restaurants and small souvenir shops. Palma airport and Palma city was just 25 min away, if driving by car. Apartment was large enough for 2 people. Kitchen was small, but nice. Living room was comfortable, also big enough for 2 people. Balcony was large and amazing. It was comfortable and beautifully made, with a nice view of the streets and trees. Bedroom was also nice, only thing, the bed was not so comfortable. There are 2 single beds, which makes 1 larger bed. But that wasn’t a big issue. Great experience, I loved it and would recommend.

Lovely spacious apartment. Nice balcony and close to the beach. Parking right opposite. Great shower and comfy bed.

Kitchen facilities were very limited. There were no kitchen knives, tea towels or a toaster. The fridge was tiny. The neighbors were v noisy and we could hear all their conversations and shouting.

The owner didn’t care about our needs and also had a lot of stuff to fix in the shower and the flat wasn’t properly clean

The location is really good in Peguera, close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was also spacious and comfortable. The check-in process was seamless and accommodating via the use of a lockbox and clear instructions. Overall, it was such a great place to stay for the price that we paid for it, I would recommend to others.

The kitchen really could have used more supplies and basic pantry staples. I do not know if it's some sort of a law that they can't provide food that has been opened or whatever, but I am sure that they could leave the salt, oil, and spices from the previous guests in the apartment. Also more pots/pans/ serving bowls/ utensils would have been a lot more comfortable, but we could get by with what was provided. The shower drain did not drain very well, so we couldn't shower for very long, but I am sure that can be cleaned fairly easily.
