Dimora NP - Brasov

Camera e frumoasa, incapatoare, curata, paturi confortabile. Locatia e ok, desi nu chiar langa Piata Sfatului asa cum apare pe harta booking.

Modalitatea de check-in (dureaza o eternitate, se face pe o plaforma care nu functioneaza prea bine, daca ceri suport dureaza mult sa iti raspunda), locatia a fost un motiv principal pt care am ales cazarea - si nu este unde arata harta, fata de cazari cu locatie si pret mai bune, aici lipsesc unele dotari din camera, cum ar fi umerase, gel de dus (dar existau sampon si sapun de maini), cesti de cafea (desi exista cafetiera), orice tip de prosop de bucatarie (textil, hartie etc.).

I loved the design of the apartment! It was stylish and comfortable.

On Booking.com, the location is shown as being right at Piata Sfatului, but in reality, it’s about a 7–10 minute walk from there. Not a big issue, but worth noting. One tip for those arriving by Uber or taxi: make sure to include the word “Strada” in the address — Strada Castelului 30, 1, 500014 Braşov, Romania — so the driver doesn’t get confused. It’s better to request the door code in advance. Make sure you complete the online check-in form and receive the code before arriving. Unfortunately, I had to wait outside for over an hour as the code hadn’t been sent to me, even though I filled in the form the night before check-in. Thankfully, the call center managed to resolve the issue, but getting the code earlier would have made the process much smoother.

I had trouble with the door.

Only the location of the facility was good But there was no availability in the parking lot We had to park our car 2 blocks away.

The apartment was incredibly damp and had a very serious gas smell I had to sleep with the windows open all night The host did not care about this issue at all and did not communicate at all. He did not return my messages and did not answer my calls I definitely do not recommend

Great location. Very nice interior.

Although a nice location, it's not the same location advertised on booking. The apartment was constantly wet. The floors and walls. Also the courtyard stank of cat urine.

the location is great and it's very close to the city center. I had some questions but the host was very helpful. The room looks really nice and it's a great place to spend few days in Brasov :)

Good location.

In the bathroom is stink smell, very strong. It spreads through the studio making stay unsupportable. After one day we moved to other location. Of cause we couldn’t refund money.

Very clean and comfortable with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Looks exactly like the images. Overall I am happy with my stay.

In the bathroom there was an unpleasant smell coming from the sink drain and from the shower drain.
