"2 jours de problèmes d'eau"

Le personnel était très serviable et a tenté de nous trouver des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés. Le petit déjeuner était pas mal ! La cour intérieure et les chambres sont jolies.

Nous avons eu de nombreux problèmes avec l'eau : peu d'eau chaude, une fuite d'eau le premier jour, puis nous avons eu une nouvelle chambre et le soir-même, nous avons eu une 2nde coupure d'eau.

"Great place from which to start exploring the old Medina"

Property was in a great location, just outside of the tourist part of the Medina. Moreover, the staff service was above and beyond. Nour really made our trip to Fez extra special!

"Beau weekend !"

Riad agréable, dans la médina. Si vous venez en voiture, il y a un parking tout près mais vous devez faire attention dans les rues souvent encombrées qui se trouvent avant. Le dîner était très bon et le petit déjeuner aussi ! Grande chambre avec une literie confortable. Le chauffage au mur dans la salle de bain était le bienvenu ! Chokran bézèf au personnel !

Comme la chambre est grande, elle est difficile à chauffer et l’air passe par toutes sortes d’interstices.

Great location, easy to reach. Even (public) parking was convenient close by. We were very friendly welcomed, and the host made sure we were comfortable. We even found the heating already running when we came back from our walk- lovely And much appreciated!! Communication was perfect via WhatsApp for all questions we had. Also the breakfast was delicious! We wholeheartedly recommend this Riad for your trip to Fès! Thank you again Nour!

Alles bestens! Nour ist sehr nett und hat uns sehr gut empfangen. Das Riad ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Wahrscheinlich das beste Riad auf unserer Marokko-Reise.

"Découverte de Fès, ville authentique et accueillante"

Personnel disponible et bienveillant, petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Nous avons pris le diner à 2 reprises, c'était très bon.

Juste une petite remarque : le chauffage dans la chambre n'était pas très performant, dans la salle de bain parfait. Sinon un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

We loved and enjoyed our stay here, the room and facilities were so clean and comfortable and the vibes were so warm and calm. The staff Ayoub was so kind and very helpful, he always make sure the we understand everything in fes ☺️ i LOVE THE FOOD in our dinner night ☺️
