Clean and spacious and good location. The property had a large kitchen diner, good size lounge and three good sized bedrooms with an adequate bathroom. Good value for the money we paid for one night.

There weren't enough dining chairs, the main cooker was not working and the bedding requires some updating.

Everything was basic but very comfortable, toiletries were supplied which was really helpful. Great value for money and host was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly. I read previous reviews which I was concerned about but it looked like any previous issues have been addressed, I was more than happy with our stay and would stay again whilst visiting family.

Close to Southampton Cruise terminal.

Even though house close to cruise terminal the property was not in the best location with some sort of hostel opposite with males hanging around outside most of the night. Inside of property was ok, clean and acceptable for a one night stay. Outside of property needs a lot of TLC Didn’t really know what was going on at the rear of the property and to the side.The other lounge bordered up with access from the rear. Beds occupying the ground floor in the other lounge!!

Locations was great. Size off the property ideal for a family.

Only issue was we had no hot water.

The space was superb. Particularly the entrance where we could leave all our suitcases (8) and enjoy the space. We were only there for one night so it meant we could unpack/ repack without disturbing anyone else.

The decor was quite ‘tired’ looking but clean. It had everything that we needed. I will mention that if you have a big car the driveway entrance is very ‘tight’ and there is no room for any kind of ‘swing’ to get in so I had to make sure we approached the property from the other side of the road so I could turn into it. Tall brick walls at the entrance had me holding my breath every time I went in or out! If I’d have known, I probably wouldn’t have chosen the property.
