Kinda messy... was met with a cockroach when I checked in as staff was cleaning another room. Alot of flying bugs all the time. Shower drain was too up so all the water stayed around the toilet and had to scrape everything into the drain. Some mold here and there as well. Bed was okay comfy. I was like 20cm taller than the bathroom door (I'm 176cm) so I hit my head there......

El lugar está limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado, estás a unas cuadras del mercado y de la estación del metro. Lo único es que en nuestra estadía nunca hubo alguien en recepción, otros huéspedes tenían dificultad para poder abrir su habitación ya que la pantalla no se encendía tan fácil. Por lo demás todo bien.

Great placement, great area let's be real. Cleaning staff was kind when spoken to. And great if you're an introvert I reckon. But come on..

WARNING !!! DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT PROPER SERVICE ! This is absolutely not reflective of Seoul ! The owner is actively ignoring Bookings' customer service. We still on an ongoing dispute with this hostel, it has been 15 days, the owner hasn't replied. We had two rooms : no AC, he ignored us when we asked for a change, my mom got an eye infection, no TV in my room (only fixed after being ignored and replied to condescendingly several times, had to insist so much), disgusting toilet papers with odd traces (just told us "oh there are new ones at the desk", no apology), toilet seats were broken, mold in both bathrooms... *I'll change this review if I finally get the service and respect from the owner for such price.. And hopefully the rooms with be fixed for future visitors. I had way better experiences at that price back then* I chose it for the location and I regret it. Worst hostel experience I ever had.
