NOTHING AT ALL - DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!
CUSTOMER SERVICE was non existant - hide behind policies and process UTTTER RUBBISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I realised "No linen" meant We assume "no Towlels! OH NO! "I had to make the beds up... - bringing my own duvet cases, sheets and pillow cases - OH COME ONE - Out of season caravan! I rejected it... But they wouldnt cancel. They offered a " £60 package for bed linen " ...but this "wasnt guaranteed" IT GOT WORSE! Turns out that ALSO means - No kitchen cleaning materials, no sponges, basics - no towels, no tea towels AND The icing on the cake... NOT EVEN TOILET ROLLS! Answer - there is a Tesco up the road (yes we saw it as we passed from our hotel...) I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS LOT WITH A BARGEPOLE! I asked to cancel - REFUSED Booking .com Insurance REFUSED>>> So I LOST MY MONEY - as they insisted it was 6 weeks before so not a valid claim to drop out! I even asked for a 50% refund - IGNORED Cowboys! I Would request they are removed OR they make their policy explicit.

Lovely homely caravan, well equipped and a beautiful deck. Good shower and comfy beds, we had the linen package which was great. Plenty of dog friendly bars and cafes. We walked to old Hunstanton, which was beautiful. Not so keen on the immediate area.
Massive Park Dean Park. Couldn't find the caravan in the dark! No radiators, no hot water in the kitchen, thank goodness for the shower working well! Trek to the beach or pub from the caravan, and no access to bar or pool on the site
