A wonderful place to stay.. walking distance to beach,restaurants . Caroline and Jaeck the hosts were great.. made our stay feel like home.. provided eggs, bread , milk , jams etc for breakfast.. so didn’t have to go out.. clean.. comfortable bed.. quiet. Caroline very helpful with any questions etc. Hamish the dog is friendly.. enjoyed playing with him.. loves to chase balls. Nice little area to sit outside when sunny.. great view from kitchen/ seating area to watch ships going up and down Firth.

Couldn't connect to WiFi on TV. Couldn't use Netflix ect.

The location was exceptional and the breakfast was lovely 😊

Communication is great, Caroline was waiting for us when we got there, asked what bread and milk we wanted, little kitchenette to make tea and coffee, toast or a sandwich, that was a lovely touch, views were great over the bay, bathroom was lovely, everywhere spotlessly clean, thank you Caroline for making us so welcome

Great property in walking distance of pettycur park and easily accessible for burnt island . Owners are so friendly and the addition of extras like tea, milk, juice and bread make it feel really personal - will be back again

Kinghorn is very small, so everything was in walking distance. The view was fantastic!

Good continental breakfast, host provided washing facilities, great view, friendly helpful host, near railway station into Edinburgh
