NLIt was really cold, when we asked if someone could come and raise the temperature of the building they simply didnt. The final drop was when there was dirth coming from the shower drain. We had to leave early because of all this and when we asked for some of our money back (for all this trouble and having to have to leave early and find another place) they refused.
