Perfect location and very peaceful with a quiet courtyard and on a quiet street. Excellent location to Praca de Espana ! Very clean, nice space and well equipped. Advise booking a check in time as there is no reception someone has to meet you with a key.

Location was easy walking distance to the main sites of Seville

I don't think the tenants in the other apartments. Like this apartment being let out as a vacation stay place.

Clean, beautiful apartment at walking distance of the city centre and Plaza de Espagna. Supermarkets and Tapas restaurants nearby. We had a great stay.

Nothing worth mentioning

I loved this apartment which opens onto an internal, paved square inside the building. It is on the groundfloor, but all windows face onto this square, There is a table and chairs outside that one could sit at. It has everything that you need, with cooking facilities. Well equipped. Good size fridge, etc. so would be great for a longer stay. A very nice space and appears very recently decorated. Very clean. In an older part of Seville / Sevilla with cobbled streets, etc. but very well located for transport and through routes.

It would have been nice to have a kettle for tea (I just boiled a mug of water in the microwave) [there was a generous amount of coffee and a machine] as well as an iron. Would be good to show guests the buzzer switch that opens the inner and outer doors, but a friendly neighbour showed me.

Beautiful place Quiet, well maintained , well located. Everything has been carefully thought of to make the stay incredible. The bed was super comfortable and the mosquito nets on the windows was definitely a plus.

The location is good. The house is tiny but comfortable.

The bed was too small for 2 persons. As we were there to run the marathon, I asked them if it was possible to checkout a little later as we needed to have a shower before coming home. They agreed but then asked us for €50 cash for extra 2 hours. After arguing with them, they were still asking money but half of the initial amount. Still don't understand how can an accommodation have this kind of behaviour during marathon weekend.
