Fick inte ens chansen att se hotellet.

Inget, eftersom hotellet avbokde mitt rum, innan incheckningstiden & utan min vetskap. Strots jag hade fått bekräftelse och info mail på bokningen dagen innan. Otroligt oförskämt & få info på gatan utan en ursäkt. Tvingade dem att betala för taxi till annat hotell.
