(+) Petit flat totalement équipé (machine à laver, four à micro-ondes, fer à repasser, etc.) dans le quartier très sympathique et sécurisé de Waterkant ; (+) Arrivée rapide avec coffre sécurisé pour les clés et communication très fluide et aisée avec le gérant de la location; (+) Idéal pour un couple. Ce lieu ne convient pas pour plus de personnes, même des enfants en bas âge, sauf à se sentir vraiment marcher les uns sur les autres. La taille est idéal pour deux. (+) Présence d'un supermarché en face pour tous les achats utiles pour le séjour.

(-) Comme toutes les locations de flat, il y a quelque chose de tout à fait impersonnel dans ces lieux de passage, au-delà du fait qu'ils soient très propres, sécurisés et bien situés. Il manque une forme de chaleur.

The location is excellent, quiet enough to rest well, but still convenient for getting around and exploring the area. A big plus is the convenience of having the Cape Quarter shopping centre.

Great location, spacious, modern, comfortable apartment. Everything needed provided, good bed, good shower/bathroom, plentiful hot water.

Only one minor the iron provided had a very short cable which rendered it unusable.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet yet central area. We could easily walk to all the main attractions — the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium, and nearby restaurants. Public transport is also very accessible. It’s the perfect base for exploring Cape Town. Highly recommended!

The only small inconvenience was that the shower cubicle didn’t have a soap or shower gel holder, so we had to place our soap on the floor. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The living area was very hot, unable to get any fresh air into this area. Despite asking for a key to open the sliding door to get fresh into the living area, the host never responded to my request. I did not feel safe walking in the street outside the building.

The Apartment was great and the Location even better, very convenient a few meters from Bars, restaurants and also a great shopping area with a very well stock Supermarket ! We spend a week in CT and due to the location and secure Neighbourhood, was very easy to get UBER's everywhere and enjoy everything that CT has to offer. We will definitely book tis apartment again on our next trip to CT.
