Brak telewizora, brak czajnika, brak suszarki do włosów, nie działała klimatyzacja, brak herbaty, kapsułek do ekspresu. Posciel brzydko pachniała. Nie miły pan gospodarz. Kanapa była zapadnięta. Nie czuliśmy się komfortowo

The apartment itself was really nice and clean, the area is close to the metro, train and supermarket. Lot's of takeaways nearby. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well kept. Fast responses to queries.

Communication with owners was tricky at times - lack of English. The front door had a hole which was worrying and the wardrobe was not secured to the wall, so we didn't use it for fear of our safety. The couch is broken and the room in general although nice, was different than the one advertised. The shower is leaking on the bottom.

Нет стоянки для авто. Надо поездить по кварталу и искать куда припарковаться

Грубо и громко общался персонал. Не хотели нас заселять, так как в букинге было указано 2 взрослых и ничего про детей. Мы бронировали 4х местный номер для 4 человека, и я указывал в букинге что будут 2 взрослых и 2 детей. В итоге с нас потребовали ещё 50 евро не выписав квитанцию. Мы были уставшие с дороги, пришлось оплатить.

Oman is the man! Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended.
