Hoi An 2BR private Pool Villa - Walk to Old Town

Loved staying here. This is my second time staying in one of Thuy's villas. The location was awesome and it was so nice coming back to the pool.

The bed was a little hard downstairs and it would have been great to have a TV in the bedroom.

Not the villa we booked, this was change the day before. The villa we were placed in had generally nice decor with dark wood beams.

Areas of the villa were unfinished (dresser tables had no mirrors, lots of products still in boxes, light switches some had plastic still over them) and the kitchen utensils and plates etc were very mismatched so felt pre used for a long time. Lots of very modern features but difficult to use and had to message the owner.

The location was great. The villa was cute and looked great with the lanterns and fish pond.

That we couldn't turn the jacuzzi on ourselves.

We had an absolutely amazing time at Rosie Villa. Staff were beyond helpful. Restaurant recommendations were extremely appreciative. The use of free bikes was phenomenal especially with a child seat as we have a 3 year old. We could not recommend this villa enough. It was at the top of our budget but definitely worth it. So much room to relax and enjoy Hoi An. We will recommend to many and thank you again for having us stay. All the way from down under, Aussie Family xx

Excellent location, private, clean

Amazing host. Arranged for a person to hand over the keys in the middle of the night! So touched by this gesture. The accomodation is so beautiful. It was perfect for me, my wife and our 10 year old kid. Its close by to a general store with everyday grocery items. We could cycle down to old town in a few minutes, and yet away from the hustle and bustle to retreat in our peaceful villa. Thank guys!

comfortable and modern little villa with private plunge pool for cooling down. Housekeeping were always helpful as was the owner who always provided speedy responses for any and all questions and requests. Free bikes were convenient for quick access to the old town, many eateries and markets within close walking distance. Overall a really pleasant stay. would recommend and stay again in the future.

Location, lovely designed apartment, great pool to cool off in. Host was extremely responsive. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in, in Asia.
