"Para no volver"

Estar muy centrico

Las camas, con supletorias en la parte de abajo, se movían los somieres y nos tropezabamoas, muy incómodo, la mampara de la ducha desvencijada, me tenían que haber avisado de las obras o en su defecto cobrar menos

"Ok pour la chambre mais hôtel en rénovations majeures."

L’hôtel subissait des rénovations majeures et à notre avis, les rénovations étaient trop importantes pour que des clients soient reçus.

Comfortable bed, enough towels, TV.

No kettle, cups, cutlery, fridge. Only one bedside table for 3 beds and no lamps. No soap or shampoo for shower. No communal kitchen for guests to use. Restaurant was closed due to renovations and no lift either.

"Dobre miejsce na zwiedzanie Pampeluny :)"

Wspaniała lokalizacja, w samiutkim centrum miasta, wokół dużo barów, restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów, do dworca autobusowego niecałe 10 minut spacerem, około pół godzinki również na stację kolejową, to na duży plus! Przemiła Pani z serwisu sprzątającego oraz pomocna Pani z recepcji :)

Niestety, głównym problemem była pleśń w bardzo wielu miejscach, właściwie w całej łazience, przez co pokój nie sprawiał wrażenia czystego i zadbanego... Dodatkowym minusem była temperatura w pokoju - zameldowaliśmy się około 22:30 i zastaliśmy otwarte okno, a co za tym idzie bardzo wychłodzony pokój, nie udało nam się także włączyć klimatyzacji, by ogrzać pokój - dostaliśmy jednak pomoc ze strony recepcji oraz personelu dbającego o czystość następnego dnia, za co dziękujemy!
