B&B Rosa dei Venti

L’accueil par les proprietaires était parfait. Très bonne communication avant notre arrivée. De l’eau fraîche dans le frigo nous attendait. Quartier relativement calme. La climatisation est un vrai plus que ce soit dans les chambres ou la pièce de vie. Pour le linge, une laverie se trouve à proximité si vous avez besoin de faire une machine. Si vous avez une voiture, pas de problème pour se garer au pied du bâtiment. La literie est agréable, et le ménage est bien fait. Linge de maison changé régulièrement.

Vis à vis de la prestation attendue, rien à dire, parfait ! De notre point de vue, on aurait aimé avoir accès à un balais ( surtout avec des enfants :) ) et un petit coin kitchenette.

J'avais l'impression d'être chez ma nonna. Un mobilier comme on en fait plus. Une ambiance atypique. On se sent dans la famille. Parking et calme de l'endroit. Hôte bienveillant et disponible.

Appartement au deuxième niveau. Pas d'ascenseur mais c'est pas important. L'aspect extérieur de l'endroit n'est pas forcément accueillant à l'arrivée.

il B&B è in un complesso di case con cortile nell'immediata periferia di Sorso. Il paese è piccolo e si hanno diversi servizi a distanza ravvicinata. il mare è a 4km a marina di sorso. l'auto può essere lasciata nel cortile. I proprietari passano ogni giorno per ripristinare la colazione. L'appartamento è al primo piano dopo tre rampe piccole di scale , attenzione la porta va sempre chiusa a chiave quando si va via o si è dentro perchè si apre con il pulsante sulla maniglia. Il bagno è abbastanza grande , vi sono diverse camere da letto, quella matrimoniale è molto spaziosa, con un letto comodo.Ogni giorno a metà giornata la colazione viene ripristinata e ci sono bollitori per tè e caffè. Condizionatore efficace. Nessun problema per il ritiro delle chiavi.

Il frigo è da cambiare, non congela e non rinfresca più bene. La finestra del bagno sbatte contro la spalletta del muro, e non sarebbero male dei tappeti più che l'asciugamano per pavimenti.

the advice from the owner, spaciousness and cleannes

No water in the kitchen and only some plastic plates. The 'delicious breakfast' consisted of some plastic-packed croissants. It's getting hot in the apartment because of the single glass-windows. I did not see the terrace and the court yard and city wiew were not what a person would expect, not the italian vibe I experienced the rest of my holdiday. I felt uncomfortable around the apartment. The location is not exactly in the centre, you can walk to the centre but the short way to walk there is next to the highway. I think it's the perfect place for families or groups of friends with a car.

Appartamento pulito confortevole e ben tenuto, il proprietario Giancarlo è una persona gentile e disponibile, lui e la moglie ti fanno sentire subito come a casa!! C'è tutto quello che serve per un comodo soggiorno!

Alles war perfekt. Ruhig und einladend, Sehr netter und bemühter Gastgeber. Das Frühstück war exzellent.

I really recommend this room, very cute and well located in the city, the welcome was perfect, the host gave very good advice, especially for eating good products in the city, the quality ratio is excellent, very complete breakfast, nothing to say, I recommend 1000%
