Location great, a very high standard apartment with great sea views and features/fittings, excellent communication from our host, Matt.

Nice modern apartment with everything you need on your holiday. The pool was clean and nice and very close to the apartment. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful in any way. Would definitely book again.

We all loved everything about this property, the view , the location, cleanliness, supplies that were available to us , close proximity to the pool , the grounds & pool area are well maintained and really clean , comfortable beds & comfortable large sofa , great big TV , good running showers, restaurants & bars close by , peaceful but only a short walk to the busier areas , even the downstairs neighbours who I believe maybe live there permanently were friendly and there was water and a bottle of wine left for our arrival

As a couple, for the first time in Tenerife, it was exactly what we wished for. Great location, in a quite area, but close to the vibrating nightlife. Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Big terrace with great view and sunbeds. Host was super nice, we asked for late check-out and he managed to help us.
