If you hesitate to book this apartment - don’t. Here’s a detailed review: Let’s start with the location, which is perfect if you have a car. Parking is free and plenty of spots available (we were here in July). 2 minutes down the hill and you’re on a beautiful promenade - if you go left, there’s a quiet beach, Playa de las Coloradas, which doesn’t look good on the map, but it’s great with powder sand and clear water (go to the left, close to the cliff). If you go right, you’ll have a breathtaking view of the ocean and Fuerteventura. In about 15 minutes you’ll reach the marina with plenty restaurants and a shopping center. 10 minutes further you’ll be at Playa Dorada, a beach with golden sand and all beach amenities. There’s a Superdino across the street and Aldi or Lidl are 5/10 minutes away by car. If you want to go to Playa Mujeres or Papagayo, you can go to the Sandos Papagayo hotel, turn left at the parking and you’ll reach Playa Mujeres in 15 minutes from there, Papagayo is around 45 minutes from there on foot. As for the apartment, it’s perfect. The living room with kitchen is spacious, kitchen has a dishwasher (tablets were provided). It’s exactly like in the pictures. We found salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar in the cupboard. Everything we needed for cooking was there, we even found a few plastic boxes which we used to take food to the beach. 3 non stick pans were also available - amazing. There’s no built-in AC, but the building doesn’t get very hot even in the middle of summer, but if you get too hot, there’s a portable AC thingy which works great and quickly cools down the apartment. We only used it once and we were there in July. Bed was comfortable with memory foam pillows. Bathroom is also great, with big shower and amazing water pressure. Hair dryer, an iron, beach towels were also available. The washing machine is available on the ground floor and it’s shared with another apartment.

The only thing I can think of is maybe coffee and some washing powder could be provided :)

Paula, our host, was available for any request or help we needed and even happily allowed us to check out late. The apartment is exceptional — very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for both short and long stays. The location is great, close to a beautiful beach and just a short walk from a supermarket. The pool area is also wonderful; the only downside is that there’s no shade until the late afternoon hours.

Spacious, clean, extra towels for the beach, good neighborhood with access to many beaches and beautiful design, staff is ready to solve your issue if there is any 🙂

Quiet location, easy parking, close to beach and shops. Nice clean modern and spacious apartment. All You need to self cater if required.

A bit cold at night in February with no heating. Thin bedding so a little cold in bed as well.

Very quiet area and quite close to promenade for good walk into the marina but you would need a car or taxis to get to the restaurants at night.

We were there for 9 nights and were supplied with just one large and small towel each it would be nice to have pool/beach towels.

Spacious apartment, access to the pool, nice view, close to the ocean and supermarket. Paula the hostess was nice and welcoming.

The floor wasn’t freshly wiped. Three capsules of coffee only (however, some accommodations don’t give any coffee although they have a coffee machine, so I didn’t particularly mind this).

Clean and very modern. Comfy bed and large patio. Great location too
