The Nice Place “La Casetta”

Place is nicely styled, like a Country-styled cottage. Very spacious and bright, good sized bathroom and shower, clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillow(s) were to my preference. Kitchen area fully equipped. Communication and keys collection easy and responsive. I got a lot of value, especially for price I paid.

It's a long way, 45 min walk, to roughly the centre, but despite the main road it's an ok area with a few shops, bars and restaurants along the road, plus a supermarket practically next door (though better choice and prices at Pam supermarket 10 mins away) and 15 mins walk to Parco Valentino. The number 67 bus (get ticket "City" from any Metro station €2) runs frequently and will drop you by the house. The bus two ways, plus city tax will cost you around €8 a day so something to bear in mind if staying a week or so. The main road is an issue though I didn't really have a big problem with it other than the morning a bit with the traffic. I don't know about if in summer and having the windows open. I imagine too the little garden area is a haven for mosquitoes. One thing I didn't like were the towels, albeit clean, they were very rough against the skin.

Host was very warm and accommodated every need we had, the place was cosy and perfect for our 4 night stay.

La casa è esattamente come si vede dalle foto, curata deliziosa e ben attrezzata, ottima posizione nella parte sotto i colli della città, ma con il bus si arriva in poco tempo ovunque, bar, market, panificio e altri servizi tutti a due passi. Possibilità di parcheggio esterno e a richiesta anche interno. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie Camilla ❤️

Dom a apartmán bol krásny, čistý, útulný. Využili sme aj zimnú záhradu na popoludňajšiu kávu. Parkovanie sme mali priamo vo dvore, čo si veľmi ceníme.Camilla bola veľmi milá a nápomocná a inštrukcie boli zaslané jasne a podrobne.

Všetko bolo v poriadku.

Per noi che noleggiamo l'auto per spostarci è stato graditissimo avere il parcheggio privato, anche se si può liberamente parcheggiare a in zona, raramente abbiamo trovato posto fuori!

Per un soggiorno estivo suggerirei zanzariere a tutte le finestre (al momento presente in una sola) vista la vicinanza al fiume e condizionatore d'aria anche portatile!

Propre, cosy, fonctionnel, mais très bruyant, l'appartement étant collé à une grande avenue en rdc et mal isolé. Prévoir des boule quies!

l’alloggio era molto accogliente e la proprietaria è stata davvero molto gentile

Per aver usufruito dell’alloggio a dicembre, l’unica pecca è che avrebbe dovuto essere un po’ più caldo all’interno.
