BEGreat location and great communication for check in / out
Unfortunately, found 2 cockroaches, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Property informed me they dealt with this a week prior, but the cockroaches are still there and alive. Property offered to put ‘traps’ while I was staying there (not very sanitary and safe). Left the appartment after 2 nights instead of 7 nights planned. Not to mention the humidity in the appartment (just like on other reviews).

The property was poorly ventilated. The rear bedroom had no airflow and you could see condensation accumulating on the walls. Even the bedding felt damp, as well as any clothes left in the room. There was dirt gathered at the top of the bathroom door frame and some of this had fallen in a small pile on the floor. Luckily we were able to open the skylight in the bathroom with an extension pole to mitigate the airflow problem, but the rear bedroom would not have benefited from this. There was a problem with the electrical system so it wasn’t possible to run the dehumidifier. Frankly, it was with some relief that we departed the property.

ESLa ubicación es buena, en una zona tranquila cerca del Barrio Alto, con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. Además, cuenta con cocina bien equipada y café y té de cortesía.
Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, sin apenas sitio para nada. Es un bajo y se oye la puerta del portal cada vez que cierran
