"Exceptional"

It Is very nice close to the station ( 10 mins walking) and the Mall. The train station Is a good connection to many famos places, and from London. The owner was very kind and managed to instruct us on the phone, at Christmas Eve.

"Wedding weekend."

Lovely flat Well represented. Everything we needed.

Traffic noise when the windows were open. Very warm at night so that made it a bit difficult to sleep. BUT that won't stop us coming back. Thank You

"Very disappointed, will not use this one again!!"

The beds was comfortable.

Very unclean, the fridge was dirty and wasn’t very cold. The oven and mirrors were filthy. The water was scolding hot and my son got burnt, couldn’t have an enjoyable shower as the shower heads needed replacing and the water was so hot or lukewarm. Furniture wobbly and falling apart, dining chairs filthy with stains. The list of faults go on and on.

"Good location, comfortable beds"

Location is good. A bit complicated to get there, though. Comfy beds, clean.

The electric tea kettle had moldy water in it. I scrubbed it as much as possible but didn't use it because I didn't feel it was clean enough. Never got to watch cable tv.
