Cozy Brand New Townhouse 24

Home was lovely and clean. Wifi and facilities were excellent. Lovely to see the recycling bins also. The new kirchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. Washing powder supplied too so an excellent extra as i had forgotten to grab some. My family and I were so comfortable, I'll be back for our next Auckland stay.

We enjoyed the stay and its value for money. Property was very clean and new. Access to all areas of Auckland was within half an hour. Also, Woolworths within a 10 minutes’ drive.

Coming from Melbourne and was more prepared for a colder weather. We found there were no air conditioning at the property. The top floor gets so warm on a 25-degree day. Although there were fans provided it was not effective. Something that needs to be improved. We were going for a wedding and with suites on that day was a suffering.

Position, big space, good coffe

Poor cleaning, hair in the cutlery, all the walls dirty, kitchen sponge very smelly and old, no tea towels available to dry plates.

Good for families, had all that was needed.

Can’t think of anything too bad. The TV in the sitting room was slow sometimes otherwise no problems.

Size and 3 bathrooms quite modern, easy carpark

Every bed you could feel the springs, the pillows were so flat. Very little bedding if you got cold.The handsoap and dishwashing liquid was watered down. The dishcloth was a used sponge. The smoke alarm had been removed. Be aware the neighbours cat would jump in the window. Also didn't appreciate getting email the day before telling us we couldn't wear shoes and we would be charged for any marks on the carpet. We arrived to find stained carpet

Lovely house, clean and welcoming. Nice and bright. Great facilities. would 100% stay again if the beds were softer. The water pressure is amazing in the showers. One space for off street parking is fantastic

The beds were extremely hard - my stepson slept on the carpeted floor. I slept on the couch. Could feel the springs in the mattresses. No extra blankets other than what is on the bed and no face wash cloths.

The house was very clean and tidy and had all facilities we needed for our family trip.

The beds weren't comfortable for a two night stay, they could do with bed toppers as we could feel the springs
