I had an awesome time at the cozy brand-new townhouse. It was very clean and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The place was quiet and spacious, especially with three toilets, which was convenient for my family. Everything we needed was provided, including shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hand wash, and laundry supplies, along with a washing machine and space for hanging out clothes.

I feel that having a dryer would really help dry my children's clothes, but it's not a big deal.

Location and the communication with the host. He was quick to answer back any questions.

Went to check in the place was not clean, so he had to send the cleaner in, and we had to go away and kill time elsewhere. Also, the mattress was uncomfortable. Can feel to springs so I slept on the couch. A bed topper would have made a bit of a difference. However, the host was very good.

The house was great nice and clean. The 2&1/2 bathrooms was a bonus. Please note that Woolworths is NOT 800m away.... there is a Woolworths Distribution Center but not a supermarket.
