Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, czysty, ma wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia. Wygląda dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Gospodarz jest przemiły, pomógł z zapoznaniem się z okolicą. Okolica spokojna, blisko do plaży oraz metromare. Pobyt był cudowny :D

Apartament był duży, wygodny i czysty. Dwie łazienki dla naszej 4-osobowej grupy to była super wygoda. Wszystko co niezbędne było dostępne. Przemiły gospodarz. Świetna lokalizacja. Polecam!

* The host was there at the property to hand over the key, * The location was good, 10-12 minutes walk from the metro station. * The grocery store was 4 minutes walk. * It was a clean apartment * Rome city was accessible by metro and it takes 1 hour to get to Rome Termini. * There is a cheap direct airport bus from Ostia center.

* I wish, there was a key with pincode as the owner stays away. * The host was there at the property to hand over the key, but it was stressful to get to the apartment as it was timebound or required to pay extra if arrived after the given time in the late evening. * The apartment is very small for 8 people, not enough space to keep chairs in the kitchen and the owner wants not to move any furniture so you can not rearrange the small dining table and chairs. There is no living room, even though the apartment's picture shows ample space. This is like renting the hotel's 2 single rooms with a kitchen. * A strange way to sign a contract. You can not check everything in 5 minutes but have to sign that everything is fine in the apartment (nothing broken, the toilet is in good condition, plates and glasses were not broken etc etc) How do I know that without using them, in just 5 minutes). * The elevator was so old that it could stuck anywhere while moving. * Not recommended for more than one family (4/5 person in the group)

Good location, very clean and tidy. Alessandro was nice and met us at the apartment to give the keys and go over terms. Beds were comfy and the house had all the necessities.

I didn’t like the fact that we had to sign a contract with Alessandro. To me, doing the deal through Booking should have sufficed, as all requirements were indicated and agreed to at the time of booking. There’s a washer but no dryer at the house and it was rainy/cloudy for 4 days. As we were travelling with carry-ons, our very much needed wash was hung to dry for 3 full days and was still damp. That also posed a problem with towels. 3 days into our stay, we asked Allesandro, so he suggested to drop off some extra towels but it was too late as we were leaving the next morning. Perhaps a washer/dryer combo appliance would resolve the issue.

Very spacious, clean and furnished, we had very comfy stay and two bathrooms was great bonus ! It’s top floor so the noise from streets was minimal. Complimentary welcome gifts were lovely treats, thanks Allesandro!!! Also Sara was every helpful giving us all the important guides ( metro, taxi, shops, beach directions)

We didn’t have any issues whatsoever! What we could suggest is maybe one or two capsules for washing machine among the cleaning packet would be helpful, but it didn’t put down our experience !!!

Large and renovate apartment, good position (near to all facilities and walking distance to the beach) very clean and Alessandro was a great host.

It is possible to parking in the street but it is quite difficult to find a space
