GBOn a hen night with 14 other girls with ages from mid twenties to 60. Ideal location round the corner from Matthew Street but absolutely no street noice once in the Hideaway. Spacious and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend to any large group of any age! Staff welcoming and polite. Obvs no daylight as underground but not a problem for a gang of girls wanting to enjoy Liverpool and peace and quiet when back in the room.

GBGBSimple check in. Liked that we had a code for the door rather than keycards. Large & spacious. There was 14 of us & we were a bit unsure how it would work with 2 bathrooms but we seemed to get on alright. Helped that we had a long mirror with self for us to do our make up & hair. Beds comfy. Loved how we were able to connect our phones to the surround sound in the apartment to play music to create the atmosphere. Location of the property is perfect for nightlife, shopping or sightseeing.
Didn’t have a toaster that we would have found useful. Lift didn’t seem to work which would had been helpful when we were leaving instead of having to struggle up the stairs with our cases. Luckily no one is physically disabled in our group.
GBGreat location, simple instructions on how to get into the room, great sound system that was easy to connect to. Plenty of beds, showers were great, plenty of toiletries provided and the room provided a great atmosphere.
The only downside I would say was that the wifi was sometimes a bit spotty. The room is underground so there was no signal for us to get mobile data, Other than that it was pretty nice, just wish the wifi was a touch better

Deposit felt somewhat hidden. May be in the Ts&Cs somewhere but states during booking process it requires a £100 deposit. This isn’t true. This is a MINIMUM deposit, and they actually charge £50 per person. To have £500 taken out for a deposit is quite a sting.
IEPerfect location. Really chilled hosts. Couldn’t have asked for more in terms of comfort, space and amenities in the apartment.
