L'amplitud i il·luminació del pis el millor. També hi ha molt bona ventilació. La cuina molt ben equipada.
El sofà llit no és gaire cómodo. La ubicació és correcta, però està a 10-15 minuts caminant de la platja, centre, restaurants, etc. No hi ha wifi.
