Qimam Park Hotel 5

I was hanging out with my family while renting a small room in this hotel, and they sent me a message with a warning. If I didn't check out of my room or make an extending request before 2 p.m., I'd pay a penalty. So I came before that for 20 minutes, and upgraded my room to the other with jacuzzi, they made me wait in my previous room for 4 hours before going to the new one and when I complained I stayed for a long time ruined my day of hanging out with my family, they said they upgraded my room further to a better room, I was shocked it wad the same room I chosed before and the water never heated out

I booked a suite with Mountain View but in reality wasn’t there anything that I was booked for. It was a street view.

The stuff I was talking to wasn’t really helpful

Convenient location close to the airport.

They are advertising Spa bath and jacuzzi but the water heater is not even enough to have hot water for 1 shower. We have been upgraded to suite but same issue, not enough hot water to make use of the jacuzzi. Staff does not speak English and still arguing about the issue. We got a massage chair as compensation for jacuzzi.
