GBWe liked the location as it was really quiet. 15 minute walk to the shops. I have mobility issues and was okay with this walk. The scenery from the roof terrace was amazing. Made us feel at peace. We went in July. Weather was amazing. We spent most of our days on the roof terrace. Dishwasher is a bonus on holiday. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner most days in the apartment and found utensils were all there. Husband suffers from a sore back but we found the beds to be comfortable. Air-con was amazing. We loved the neighbours little black cat that we named Coal. Miss her already!
Just a suggestion really but full length sun beds on the roof terrace. Could not lie on your front with the ones that were there as they are more like longer chairs.

IEComfortable apartment with plenty of space. Very close proximity to tennis courts and swimming pool. A car would be required to go anywhere much further outside of the complex but all needs can be met on site ie shop, bars, restaurants etc.

FRAppartement was nice, all there you need on holiday, easy good explained access, and welcoming Lisa very competent, friendly and helpful.
Nothing to complain, I wouldn't visit condado de alhama in full summer. We can imagine too crowded, too noisy. But in March very quiet and welcoming.
ESThe apartment is really comfortable and clean. The resort is clean, pretty and well managed. We stayed for a couple of weeks, so really appreciated the fact that their was an oven and washing machine and a comfy armchair and sofa! A nice touch is that there is a large roof terrace with plenty of sun loungers and a really good sized table for rooftop dining. The sunsets from there are great! The apartment is light and bright and the pool is practically at the entrance. Definitely recommended - very good value.
Tiny changes to make would include replacing the cutlery, which has definitely seen better days and the bedding. Small touches like this will ensure good reviews. The central square of the resort isn’t great, but really the apartment, grounds and pool make up for that.
ESThe property is extremely comfortable with everything you could need . It is well set out and the swimming pool is just outside the door which is very well maintained . Lisa met us with the keys and gave us all the information we needed for WIFI etc. Excellent value for money . Very quiet at night . Beds extremely comfortable . Everything you could need in the kitchen although we ate out and did not use the kitchen. Our family who were also staying at another apartment on the other side of the complex played golf and thought it was a lovely well set out course.
It was not that we did not like it , but for someone with possible walking difficulties the Centre where the Spar supermarket and a selection of other bars and restaurants are located is approx a 20 min walk from the apartment. You do have a very good sports bar just across the road from the apartment .
