The hotel was clean, bedrooms were large enough to accommodate up to 4 adults and bathroom was clean too. It is really easy to locate the hotel as it is on the main road right above Reliance Smart. Also, there is ample parking space for cars and bikes.

The staff was really (really) slow in providing services. We checked in at 11:15 AM and got the room allotted quickly. However, when asked to provide toiletries, they took almost 1 hour and 35 minutes to provide it to us. We had to follow up at least 5-6 times and every time they had a different excuse. While, the overall feel and finish of the rooms were really appreciative, we thought that the staff was not very responsive. Hence, we decided to not use their services any time in the future.

The apartments were new and hence the Rooms were neat and clean and I hope they maintain the same cleanliness in the future as well. Even staff was good, named Nainesh, he was only one running all over to meet the guest expectations.

There is no as such any facility you can say, limited staff, and need lot improvements to maintain this as hotel. Water availability was biggest problems, specifically hot water, as due to which apparently delayed us to start our day early. However, they really need to improve on offering facilities like atlist a water bottle and hot kettle in the room. Hotel owner has to improve on all their offerings with the sufficient staff on board to meet guest requirements.

Room was neat and clean. Staff was helpful and obedient. Good ambience.
