No water. Not enough tissues and vanity kits. No stove. Admin/receptionist is so strict.

The lady at the reception was accommodating. The indoor swimming pool with cover is what we like. It's free for first 3 pax and 100 additional free regardless of age. The water is really cold though but it was fun. It's pet friendly which is good as they accept bringing of pets for a charge of 900 per pet and we had 2 so it's a bit pricey. There were some games to play (cards, etc) and WiFi connection was good. The space is good enough to walk around and it's a city view so we got a good look at the fireworks during the New Year at midnight.

We were not informed ahead of time that they didn't have a stove or induction cooker which was really disappointing because we had 2 days of stay and we planned to cook during our stay. The advertisement is complete kitchen but there were only rice cooker, microwave and water heater and ref. We had to order food for meals which can't be cooked. Netflix was not working. YouTube works but Netflix which is one of the highlights doesn't respond using the remote. Some lamps don't work, plug is busted. Microphone for karaoke is old and not charging so we didn't get to enjoy using that. So if you plan to stay for sleepovers with the family for bonding, cooking and singing. This might not be an option for you but if you're staying for convenience near grocery, you don't cook but just like heating food deliveries then this is a decent place to stay.
