Le terrazze di Dany (attico su Roma)

Welcome was pleasant, professional and thorough. Breakfast was good, as the local supermarket was closed by mid-evening, when we arrived. (However, it is only about 7 mins walk away.)

Buona sia la posizione che la vista panoramica su Roma. Ottima accoglienza da parte di Daniela che oltretutto ci ha fatto trovare vari prodotti per la prima colazione, frutta ,acqua e anche dei biscotti e una bottiglia di vino.

The property is spacious and extremely clean. I can not overstate how wonderful it was to have soft, clean and nice smelling sheets after a long day. Daniela was very kind and courteous. She was very thoughtful, leaving water and food for you. You can tell this is her passion project and rooms have been curated with the traveler in mind. Little things like portable bathroom racks to put your stuff on or universal adapters, games for the kids, books, local tourism pamphlets. The property is 15 mins from the center of Frascati and 18 mins from the train station. There was parking close by. There is a super market and pizza place within a 10min walk, and a bar 2 mins away. It is definitely a good spot without being in the throng of everything.

I liked everything. I told Daniela she should consider shades as the main area is flooded with beautiful light (oh did I mention the gorgeous view?) which in summer makes the property hot and there is glare if anyone wants to watch tv during sunlight hours. There is not a washing machine on sight, Daniela offered to run my clothes to a local laundry place. Next time I stay I will take advantage of.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui insieme ad un altra coppia di amici. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore! L'appartamento è splendido, gode di un ottima illuminazione, è arredato con gusto e dispone di ogni confort necessario. Il suo punto di forza è sicuramente la sua proprietaria, Daniela. Una perfetta padrona di casa, meticolosa, premurosa e presente al punto giusto. Le auguro il meglio! Vorrei sempre avere a che fare con "host" del genere durante una vacanza.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la grande disponibilità della padrona di casa, Daniela, la quale si è messa fin da subito a completa disposizione per qualsiasi problematica riscontrata. Inoltre, l'appartamento è ampio, luminoso e ben attrezzato, ben più di quanto potesse capirsi dalle sole fotografie. Un sentito ringraziamento a Daniela, che ha avuto anche la premura di farci trovare un gradito regalo di benvenuto. Consigliatissimo.

L'unica problematica che ho riscontrato è stata la mancanza di una luce centrale nella seconda camera da letto, contenente i due lettini singoli. La presenza di lumini su ciascun comodino e la forte luce presente nel corridoio, all'ingresso della camera, permette comunque di farne tranquillamente a meno, sicché si tratta davvero di un difetto davvero ininfluente sulla qualità del soggiorno.

Without doubts the best renting experience I’ve had. The apartment is stunning and even better than in the photos. All was perfectly clean and spacious. Daniella was the perfect host who responded quickly, friendly and did all the small extra things that have a great high value! I have nothing else to say than perfect! 10/10 stars!

All was very good!

This apartment surpassed all my expectations. It is extremenly spacious with plently common spaces including a huge living room, a balcony and the roof. The views are great, the walk in closet is super handy and there are 2 bathrooms. We couldn't have asked for more. The owner was very helpful.

Literally the only down side were the mosquitoes and I just wish we had some mosquito repellent ready. Everything else was amazing.
