I did no get the location and when I call the number reflected on the bookings they did not pick up my call.

The house is nice with the lockable garage and the furniture is nice.

The is a need of improvement of guest receptionist. No air conditioner, no tv in the rooms, no curtains on the frosted sliding doors in the rooms ,no power backup, Showers not properly cleaned and no refreshment offered such as tea, The cuttley and glasses are not impressing. Lack of room assistance especially in the morning.

Clean and staff were excellent and location is good

No towels no bath soap no aircons or fans no emergency lights no TVs in the rooms and plugs are not working in the rooms

Domenic's customers service was 👌🏽🫡🔥 after I made a few errors on my booking. He reassured me all the time. Keep it up bro. +27 82 289 2720 was the only number I could use after the 1 provided on bio was either off or not following up. I'd recommend it to anyone at any given time.
