Very spacious and quiet.

Not very clean. The range hood wasn’t clean and the light didn’t work. The taster didn’t work. The toastie maker was dirty and old. Cookwares were old and crusty. There was a coffee machine but didn’t provide the capsules. I got eye infection after using the towel to clean my face. Some of us got skin rashes after the stay. Also, the hot water wasn't enough for 9 people to take showers. 1 or 2 people had to do the shower with cold water. Besides, although there were 2 bathrooms but 1 bathroom got no hot water if 2 bathrooms are using hot water simultaneously.

Space and quiet location in a nice suburb. Very close to Redwoods and forest walks. Requests were speedily actioned. Perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.

Nothing negative, though bunk room is great for kids maybe not for adults.

This is a good family house to stay in if you are a tourist with a car in Rotorua. 3 toilets, 2 showers, 1 bath. Big kids room for them to share, with own bathroom Good spa pool Lots of towels provided Good size living room

There was a lot of dust, but I guess old houses get dusty easily 2 constantly dripping taps, wasting lots of water - the bath tub and one outside
