It was clean, had everything you needed. It had good Chinese take away next to the property. Walking distance from the train station, if you haven’t got lots of luggage.

There was a horrible smell at the bottom of the stairs, from an open hole, the shower would be better with a slip mat, and the shower head needs a washer, to stop it leaking.

Bedroom, toilet and bathroom was nice

Sofa bed was mislead. It was not a sofa and just a tiny small bed.

Clean and tidy it was comfortable, personally think it needs slight decoration of walls. But if your just sleeping it's very adequate , bed was comfortable enough.

The road noise would it be an idea to put secondary glazing in, and some thicker curtains to shut out the light.

All rooms. Kitchen. S/room. Bedroom. Bathroom. David very obligizing on times.

Gum stuck to shower. Hairs /dog /on blanket/ duvet .handrails could be better. Path into property bit rough.

It looked nice, the access and booking was easy

The bed was awfully uncomfortable leaving both myself and my partner with back pain, the toliet was cramped and uncomfortable to use, the shower was difficult to get a reasonable temperature, the towels provided were miniscule and not appropriate for having a shower, the heating boiler and meter all my loud enough noises to wake me from my sleep.
