The host is not giving full cooperation in responding to customer’s inquiries. Made a double payment and needed to recheck took such a long time to respond. Deposit required 7 days to process? Why take this long? Called the host and didn’t answer the call, avoiding the problem and not giving full cooperation.

The hotel was okay

Because the staff didn’t respond to my messages, it really changed my impression of this hotel. The damage deposit refund was promised to be returned within 7 days after check-out, but now it’s already more than 7 days and I still haven’t received it. I also tried contacting the staff via WhatsApp, but got no reply from the hotel. If there was any issue with the refund, the hotel could’ve just informed me so I wouldn’t be left waiting

Would be perfect if the bed was a little softer.

I like they way it was faced towards the clear view of sea, and how comfortably it was for us to stay at this place. Maybe a little bit of improvement, add some of the kitchen utilities so people that go on vacation with their family on food based on homemade cooking. And please use a curtain that is suitable for people to sleep. The curtain was tore the moment we got there, and please add extra pillows or extra blanket. 💙
