House part of the owners property i.e. a flat above the garage, so the keys were made available on arrival. Comfortable for two of us sharing a bed. Again, mentioned by previous guest, there is one kingsized bed and the third bed is a matress kept under it. I expect that, if you want to use it, you need to let the owner know before arrival. The flat is well equipped in a good rural location but only a short drive to Goring with lots of eating places by the River Thames and a convenient Tesco Express to stock up before you arrive. The photos show an accurate picture of the property although it does seem bigger than it looks. Parking directly by the entrance door which opens onto the hall/utility with stairs leading up to the kitchen.

Lovely annex accommodation - very comfortable, very clean and finished to a very high standard. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and will return. Thank you Koo & Denny. :-)

The listing states that the accommodation has both a single and a double bed which is why we chose it. The single bed is specified as being a fold-up bed but in fact was a mattress on the floor. Whilst we managed fine, others might not and ideally this would be clearer. We also suggested that a microwave would be a useful addition to the kitchen. :-)

There was no WiFi password so feedback would be to have the password visible in the room :) that would be our only thing to improve.
