Good vibes, personnel très gentil et arrangeant

Le fait que le gérant parle français. La propreté et les équipements de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner et les services de lavage de vêtements. La vue.

L’isolation acoustique de la chambre vis à vis des bruits dehors.

Breakfast provided was great. Social hostel with fun evening activities. Very helpful staff (a special shoutout to Rashmi)

Rooms didn’t have AC, so was warm in the day.

Durch den Gemeinschaftsbereich und die Aktivitäten die angeboten werden hat man sehr leicht Anschluss gefunden, auch das Personal war lieb und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker und die Duschen heiß.

Die Betten im Frauenzimmer sind eher kurz, ebenfalls ist es trotz Ventilator stickig im Raum, die gemischten Zimmer sollen angeblich besser sein (Kühler und längere Betten). Ich konnte leider nicht wie ursprünglich abgemacht wechseln. Die 92 Stufen die man zur Unterkunft erklimmen muss sind ein gutes Training für die Trails :).

Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker und das Personal nett.

In den 4 Tagen die ich da war wurde nicht einmal mein Privatzimmer gereinigt. Zudem war es sehr ungemütlich und nicht sauber. Dafür ein zu hoher Preis und man bekommt besseres in Sri Lanka.

Good place to stay. We had to work remotely and the wifi worked perfectly in the common areas (but not so well in the room). The staff was really friendly. They do activities all the time and the breakfast is superb. It has parking and they help you park your tuk tuk because the entrance is very steep, but you can do it on your own if you have some experience. Last but not least, location is very central.

Like most of the accommodations in Ella, you need to climb endless stairs to get to the hostel. We already knew this but it's good to mention it. Wifi in the room did not work.
