Breakfast wasn't included. There were apples and packaged cookies and other cheap baked goods. Not a proper breakfast.

The exact location of the property wouldn't come up on Google Maps. Go to Piazza Giovanni XXIII. Park in the piazza, the wall of the large building that faces the train station has a door that says Fiori 8. This is the entrance. Call the owner and he will buzz you in.

"Excellent place to sleep before a flight from Malpensa."

An excellent option for people travelling by train and needing to get to Malpensa Airport. Good communication with the owner, who gave me all the instructions for a self check in. The coffee machine, kettle + tea and snacks just outside were really well appreciated. Next time I need to fly from Malpensa, I'll come back to stay here.
