Lovely 4BDR home- Off street parking sleeps 7

The Host was lovely and responded quickly and efficiently. Location and parking were great. Facilities in the house were as advertised and what we needed.

Location is great. Off street parking is useful (room for 3 cars). The bedrooms are well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Bathroom/shower is ok. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (but no chairs/tables to sit on/eat from)

The house smelt of cigarettes when we arrived (I'm assuming from the cleaner). Tea and Coffee are provided but the kettle does not sufficiently boil water (we had to press the button three times to get anywhere close). The bathroom door handle was hanging by one screw on both sides. The lounge is comfortable and the TV is great but the room is very dark (personally I'd switch the front bedroom (which is beautifully sunny) and the lounge). I parked my car in front of the garage not realising that it was beneath the tree - in the morning it was completely covered in bird poo and tree sap. As other reviewers have mentioned there are no outdoor chairs (or indoor dining areas), we ended up eating breakfast on the pavement of the road opposite (to get the morning sunshine)

Perfect location for a group of friends, great value for money.
