I had messaged the owner as we were not at the property in the photos. I specifically picked this one for location and open plan. I messaged the seller day one and have had no reply.

Hi Katrina. This isn’t the property shown on the booking? I’m really not happy, I booked the place as it was the other side of the harbour near my family and also open plan so I can watch the children at all times. I wouldn’t have booked this property if I’d of known this is where we’d be. Obviously nothing we can probably do about it now as we’ve driven thirteen hours to be here but I also wouldn’t have paid this much for this property we’re in, it isn’t what we wanted. Can you advise on a process here or what you can do? Thanks. - My ignored message.

Owner was helpful . Very peaceful and quiet locality. Free car parking right outside house . House was very clean . Beautiful paintings . Sufficient towels and beddings . Self explanatory instruction list for the house. Good speed WiFi

A soap could be provided . There were some hiccups with kitchen , but it was quickly resolved by owner . She was kind .

Excellent location and brilliant place to stay

The property is spacious, clean and tidy with good facilities. Perfect for us coming and going as we visited family in the area. Handy location and quiet area. Katrina was just a phone call away if required and information sent prior to stay was great.

This is an excellent apartment to stay in, don’t be fooled by the exterior of the building as the apartment is top quality with an excellent modern feel, it felt like a home. The communication was excellent with the owner and she responded swiftly to all questions, although there was not really a need for many questions as the information sent in the build up to the stay was excellent. I look forward to using this property again in the future
